PHPMyAdmin Error in tabs viewing

PHPMyAdmin Error in tabs viewing

We have PHPmyAdmin 3.5.8.2 via PLesk 11.5 in Win2008R2 (IIS 7.5).
it is about 5 days that in phpadmin panel in import/emport pages and also
in configurations pages , tabs are not display corectly as you see in the
picture and when we use IE we recive some errors that i will mention at
the end.
So import can not be done and when we select files to import GO button
dows not work any more.
Reinstalling PHPmyadmin via Plesk panel not corect this problem.
We test loading panel rom IE - Chrome - FireFox , ... but all of them is
the same. You see in the picture that all configuration are show in import
page that it must be show when we select file format from from drop box.
